By using pawtissiere.com, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Pawlicy, and the applicable Bakery Pawlicies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases for a minor.

Submitting checkout and payment information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Pawtissiere confirms it. Products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, decoration, size, and appearance from photographs. Custom requests are subject to feasibility, ingredient availability, scheduling capacity, and Pawtissiere’s confirmation.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for unavailable products, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, safety concerns, pricing or description errors, or an inability to complete the requested customization or pickup schedule. If Pawtissiere cancels a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Applicable customization charges, rush fees, discounts, taxes, and the final total are shown during checkout or on a payment request. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the displayed total and represent that you are authorized to use it. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider.

Pawtissiere currently offers local pickup rather than shipping. You are responsible for selecting an available location and time, arriving within the communicated pickup window, and promptly storing products as directed.

Advance notice, rush-order availability, cancellation timing, missed pickups, rescheduling, refund eligibility, and care after pickup are governed by the current Bakery Pawlicies displayed on the website. Contact us as soon as possible if circumstances change.

Pawtissiere treats are occasional pet treats, not meal replacements or veterinary products. Review the listed ingredients and contact your veterinarian before offering a new food, especially if your pet has allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or a prescribed diet. Products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

You are responsible for choosing products and portions appropriate for your pet, supervising consumption, and following storage and shelf-life instructions. Treats are not intended for human consumption. Additional details appear on product pages, the Ingredients page, and the Bakery Pawlicies.

You retain ownership of images, text, names, and other content you submit. You grant Pawtissiere a limited permission to store, reproduce, adapt, and use that content only as reasonably needed to review, create, fulfill, document, and support your requested order.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not provide anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for the order. We may decline or remove content that violates these terms.

The Pawtissiere name, logo, website design, photographs, product descriptions, and other original site materials are owned by Pawtissiere, LLC or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and communication. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized admin access, scrape or copy it for commercial use, upload malicious code, or misuse another person’s information.

Private admin features may connect to Google Calendar and Google Analytics after an authorized administrator grants permission. Those connections are governed by Google’s terms as well as our Privacy Pawlicy. Third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and email providers may be unavailable or change independently of Pawtissiere.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that every product or pickup time will remain available. Nothing on the website is veterinary or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawtissiere, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Pawtissiere’s total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern directly.
