Privacy Pawlicy

We collect information you give us when you place or request an order, schedule pickup, contact us, join the Treat List, upload customization references, or otherwise interact with Pawtissiere. This may include your name, email address, phone number, pet details, order and customization information, uploaded images or files, pickup details, messages, and communication preferences.

Our payment provider, Stripe, collects and processes payment information. Pawtissiere receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and limited billing details needed to manage the order, but we do not store complete payment-card numbers.

When you use the website, we and our service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, site interactions, and timestamps. We also keep operational records needed to secure the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failed checkouts or messages.

We use information to prepare and fulfill orders; collect payment; schedule and manage pickup; send confirmations, reminders, and service messages; answer questions; maintain customer and pet preferences; provide requested marketing emails; improve our products and website; measure website performance; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal, accounting, and safety obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information obtained through Google APIs for advertising, credit decisions, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Pawtissiere’s private bakery-admin tools connect only after an authorized administrator chooses to connect a Google account. The connection requests the account email, permission to create and manage Google Calendar events owned by Pawtissiere, and read-only access to Pawtissiere’s Google Analytics property.

Calendar access is used only to create, update, or remove pickup appointment events and to keep those events synchronized with order changes. Analytics access is used only to display aggregate website reports—such as sessions, traffic sources, device categories, pages, and approximate regions—in the private Pawtissiere admin dashboard. Google account data is not used to build customer profiles or for advertising.

We store the connected account email, granted scopes, connection and synchronization timestamps, Calendar event identifiers and links, and an encrypted OAuth refresh token. Short-lived access tokens and Analytics report responses are used to make requested API calls and are not intentionally kept as permanent reporting databases. Disconnecting Google removes the saved OAuth connection from Pawtissiere; existing Calendar events remain in the connected calendar unless separately deleted.

Google Limited Use disclosure: Pawtissiere’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate Pawtissiere, including Stripe for payments, Google for Calendar and Analytics features, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for bot protection, and our website, database, and infrastructure providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect customers or Pawtissiere, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our terms, or complete a business transfer. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers.

The website uses essential cookies for private admin sessions and related security features. Your browser’s local storage may keep your shopping cart on your device so it remains available between visits.

Google Analytics helps us understand how the public website is used. Analytics collection can be affected by browser privacy settings, blocking tools, and Google’s controls. You can clear cookies and local storage or restrict analytics through your browser, although disabling essential storage may affect parts of the website.

We retain order, payment, pickup, and related communication records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain accurate business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact, newsletter, pet-preference, and uploaded customization information is retained while useful for the requested relationship or until deletion is requested, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Google OAuth connection information is retained while the integration remains connected. An administrator can disconnect Google in Pawtissiere’s private settings, and a Google user can also revoke Pawtissiere through their Google Account permissions. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to protect the business and its customers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order or pickup may still be sent. You may ask what personal information we maintain about you and request a reasonable correction or deletion.

The website is intended for adults purchasing pet products and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted admin access, encrypted connections, and encryption of saved Google OAuth refresh tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Pawlicy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted. Material changes to how Google user data is used will be disclosed before that new use begins.
